Due to the way GPT Reader & Transcriber processes content - splitting input into chunks and submitting each to ChatGPT - you may encounter rate limiting by ChatGPT. This limitation is imposed by OpenAI and may temporarily prevent further requests for up to a hour.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the extension at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
